Positive: Perfect situation for several of us that were in the area for work. Owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Not a super bougie place, but very clean, great sized rooms, plenty of parking, very quiet area and an easy drive into Hammond as well as Baton Rouge.
Negative: It's best to arrive when it's still light out, it is pretty dark out there and a little hard to see/find the first time. Probably not a big deal to most, but I had to buy wine glasses and the soap in the bathroom ran out by the second day.
Summary: Highly recommend, great value, and clean!

Positive: Loved the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, meaning my friend and I each had complete privacy. Loved the full kitchen and made use of the stove and oven, though a few more dish towels would have been nice. Loved the laundry room but did have some trouble with the dryer. Loved the seating options, including a chair, in the living room - my friend and I were completely comfortable and able to sprawl out. Appreciated the towels and amenities in the bathroom. It was awesome that the TV connected to my computer to watch our conference together.
Negative: 3/5 of the light bulbs in the living room fan were out, making the room slightly darker than it should have been. There is essentially only one dish towel and no sponge. It is great there are dishes, but there are only enough to feed 2 people through maybe 2 meals, so you have to run the dishwasher more (since there are no sponges to hand wash).
Summary: This was our second trip, and for the second time we are happy customers!
